1 cup mayonnaise, preferably a high-quality brand
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust based on spice preference)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Use a whisk to mix these ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix thoroughly.
If desired, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for more heat or 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard for added tanginess. Whisk well to incorporate.
