4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
1 cup deli meats (turkey, ham, or roast beef)
1 cup grilled chicken strips (optional)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
1 cup mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, or arugula - optional)
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite sauce (optional)
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and place them on a clean workspace.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
Place one tortilla on your workspace. Start with a layer of mixed greens (if using), then add 1/4 cup of deli meat, followed by 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Add any additional vegetables and a drizzle of dressing if desired.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly.
Repeat the layering and wrapping process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Once wrapped, use a sharp knife to slice each wrap in half diagonally. If brushed with olive oil, grill them in the skillet for a minute on each side.
