Ingredients
Scale:
2 shots of freshly brewed espresso (or 1 cup cold brew coffee)
1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative like almond milk)
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon sugar or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (for dusting)
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
Additional cocoa powder for garnish
Chocolate shavings or coffee beans (optional)
Instructions
Brew the espresso: Prepare 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine. If you prefer cold brew, prepare it in advance as per the instructions on the packaging, allowing it to steep for 12-24 hours.
Mix the base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine the coffee: In a separate glass, pour the brewed espresso or cold brew coffee over ice cubes. Add the milk gradually, stirring gently to mix.
Incorporate the mascarpone: Add the mascarpone mixture to the coffee and milk blend. Stir until well combined.
Add flavorings: If you want an extra kick, stir in the coffee liqueur at this point. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar or syrup if desired.
Serve: Pour the Tiramisu Iced Latte into a tall glass, leaving some space for the whipped cream topping.
Top it off: Generously swirl a dollop of whipped cream on top and dust with cocoa powder.
Enjoy: Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon to mix in the whipped cream as you drink.
