Ingredients
Scale:
1 package (17.3 oz) of frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated and creamy.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each puff pastry sheet into a rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick. Cut the pastry into 4-inch squares.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the crab and shrimp filling in the center of each square. Be careful not to overfill.
Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle shape. Press the edges firmly to seal and use a fork to crimp the edges.
Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until p■ and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
