  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely shredded cabbage, grated carrots, diced pickles, sliced red onion, and bell peppers. Toss them together until evenly mixed.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the vinegar-based slaw dressing, olive oil, pickle juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix. Using a pair of tongs, toss the slaw until the vegetables are thoroughly coated with the dressing.
