Ingredients
Scale:
1 pound ground beef
2 cups macaroni
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas or green beans
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced green onions for garnishing
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Instructions
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and let it heat for about 1 minute.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in the minced garlic and diced onion. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
Incorporate bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and ground ginger. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add the drained macaroni to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is coated. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and serve, garnishing with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
