Ingredients
Scale:
4 cups Fresh Watermelon, seedless and cubed (about half a large watermelon)
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice (about 1 lime)
A handful Fresh Mint Leaves for garnishing
1-2 tablespoons Optional Sweetener (honey or agave syrup, to taste)
Ice Cubes for serving
Instructions
Start by cutting your watermelon in half. Scoop out the flesh, discarding the rind and any seeds, and cut it into cubes into bite-sized pieces. You should have about 4 cups of watermelon cubes.
Place the watermelon cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
If you prefer a smoother juice, pour the blended watermelon through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher.
Stir in the fresh lime juice.
Taste your juice and add honey or agave syrup if desired. Stir well to combine.
Refrigerate the juice for 30 minutes before serving to enhance its refreshment factor. Serve over ice in chilled glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
