Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 2 cups of filtered water. Ensure that the bowl is sufficiently large so the seeds have room to expand fully.
Stir the mixture gently to prevent clumping of the seeds. Allow it to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
Once the chia seeds have expanded and gelled, add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.
