  2. Add the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the food processor with the pistachio paste. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pistachio mixture in thirds to maintain volume.
  5. In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur. Stir well.
