  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, feta cheese, minced garlic, egg, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them at least 1 inch apart.
