Ingredients
Scale:
4 lobster tails, about 6-8 ounces each
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat your grill or oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the lobster tails by placing them on a cutting board. Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell, down to the tail, being careful not to cut the meat.
Gently pull apart the shells to expose the lobster meat.
Brush the exposed meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Place the lobster tails on the grill or in a baking dish. Brush generously with the garlic butter sauce, reserving some sauce for serving.
If using a grill, cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the lobster meat is opaque and the shell is bright red. If using an oven, bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the heat and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter sauce.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges.
