Scale:
1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
1/2 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Biscoff Spread
2-3 Biscoff Cookies, crushed
Ice Cubes
Whipped Cream (optional)
A dash of Cinnamon
Instructions
Brew the Coffee: If making cold brew coffee at home, combine ground coffee with cold water in a 1:4 ratio. Let it steep in the fridge for 12-24 hours before straining.
Prepare the Biscoff Mixture: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine 2 tablespoons of Biscoff spread with 1/4 cup of milk. Stir continuously until well-combined.
Mix the Latte: In a tall glass, add ice cubes. Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee over the ice.
Combine: Add the Biscoff mixture to the glass. Pour in the remaining 1/4 cup of milk, stirring gently.
Garnish and Serve: Top with whipped cream, if desired. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and cinnamon over the whipped cream. Serve with a straw or spoon.
