  1. Prepare the Cold Brew Coffee: In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee beans with cold filtered water. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated. Cover and let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours, depending on your desired strength.
  2. Strain the Coffee: Using a fine mesh sieve or a coffee filter, strain the cold brew into a clean container. Ensure there are no coffee grounds left in the liquid.
  3. Make the Honey Lemonade: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the fresh lemon juice and honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Once cooled, mix with 2 cups of cold water.
