Ingredients
Scale:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sliced pickles (optional)
Mustard or ketchup for dipping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture at the wider end of each dough triangle and roll it up, pinching the edges to seal.
Place the st■ cheeseburgers seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk to combine.
Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic butter sauce before baking.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. If using an air fryer, cook for about 10-12 minutes.
