Frozen Greek yogurt bark with berries is the perfect combination of a refreshing summer treat and a healthy frozen dessert. This simple no-bake recipe is incredibly easy to make and is packed with nutritious fruits and the protein-rich goodness of Greek yogurt.

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed berries
¼ cup granola (optional)
1-2 tablespoons chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about ½ inch thick.
Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer and press them gently into the yogurt.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Once fully frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and lift the yogurt bark out using the parchment paper.
Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container lined with parchment paper.
