1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken thighs in this mixture thoroughly.
