Ingredients
Scale:
2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and split
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup hot sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until wings are coated.
Place seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring space for air circulation.
Air fry wings at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Wings should be golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
While wings cook, mix desired sauce ingredients in a small bowl if using.
Remove wings from air fryer. If using a sauce, toss wings until evenly coated.
Plate and serve immediately, optionally with dipping sauces.
