Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if desired)
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Your favorite dipping sauce
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- If using, add the breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, and cayenne pepper to the bowl. Toss until fully coated.
- Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
