  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. If using, add the breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, and cayenne pepper to the bowl. Toss until fully coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
