Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen French fries (or homemade if preferred)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 6 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced (optional for garnish)
- Extra BBQ sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While the fries are baking, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Once the fries are ready, remove them from the oven and top with the BBQ chicken mixture, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Place the loaded fries back in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the loaded fries from the oven and drizzle with extra BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with sliced green onions if desired.
