Ingredients
Scale:
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Vanilla ice cream (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Start by washing the peaches thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or residues. Cut each peach in half and remove the pit, taking care not to damage the flesh. Set the peach halves aside, ensuring the cut sides face upward to soak in the flavors.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well until fully blended to ensure even distribution of flavors.
In another bowl, mix the melted butter and vanilla extract until combined. Brush this mixture generously over the cut side of each peach half. Then, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously over the buttered peaches to coat evenly.
Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
Place the prepared peach halves cut side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the peaches are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Once cooked, carefully remove the peaches from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve warm with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
For an extra touch, add fresh mint leaves on top of the ice cream for a pop of color and freshness.
