Ingredients
Scale:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes while you prepare the batters.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder into the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Grease a small baking pan that fits into your air fryer. Pour the brownie batter into the bottom, spreading it evenly. Top with dollops of cookie dough.
Place the pan in the preheated air fryer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Carefully remove the pan and let it cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
